Put on your bra as usual
Adjust the straps on your bra, so either strap is an inch looser than you normally wear it. You need to loosen the straps of your bra, sowhen the clip is attached, the elastic of the bra doesn't cut into your skin.
Put on your bra as usual, and pull the straps up on either shoulder. Slide the left panel of your bra strap holder onto your left bra strap. Place it, so it is in front of you, just below your shoulder.
Lean forward at the waist and pull the lingeries away from your breasts by the straps so that your breasts fall naturally into the cups. The band should fit snugly but not dig into your flesh. If it's too tight, go to the looser hook or try a larger size. If the bra doesn't feel comfortably snug or it feels like your breasts might fall out below, tighten the hooks or go to a smaller band size.
Adjust the shoulder straps so that they feel snug but don't dig into your shoulders.
Walk around, jump up and down, and swing your arms around to test comfort and support.
Did you know that according to a recent study, almost 8 out of 10 women wear the wrong size bra? Many of us tend to think if it stays on, fits okay and doesn't move, it's the right size. Well, this is definitely the wrong way to think! Having the wrong bra size can cause both discomfort and backache among many other things. You will benefit in the long run by measuring for your correct size and luckily it is easy to do yourself if needed. The following steps will show you how to measure for the right size bra so you can get back to a comfortable lifestyle.
Remove the clothing on the upper half of your body. If you like, you can wear a bra that is comfortable to you, contains no padding and has no extra features; push-up, minimizer.
Measure for your band size. Using the tape measure, measure under your arms, keeping the tape high on your back and across the topmost part of your chest. If the result number is odd, you want to add an inch to determine the band size. If the result number is even, it is your band size. Now, write this number on a piece of paper alongside 'band' to keep track.MORE:cheap sexy lingerie
