Use makeup to cover up your stretch marks. Visit a cosmetic store and look for a full coverage foundation. Test the color by matching it to the bottom side of your wrist, which should closely reflect the color of your chest. Use a sponge to apply the makeup to the stretch marks on your skin. Blend the makeup into your skin, so it is not evident that you are wearing any. If you are prone to sweating or will be getting wet, choose a water-proof makeup. Finally, the nice thing about makeup that you purchase at pharmacy stores is that the store will typically take it back even if it has been opened. This will be useful if you are not 100 percent sure of which color to choose.
When shopping for a push up bra, it is imperative that you know your exact measurements. Using a tape measure, measure under your armpits and over the fullest part of your bust. Then measure directly below the breasts at the rib cage. Take the measure of your rib cage and subtract it from the measure on your bust (i.e. subtract the second number from the first). Use the difference in the measurements to find your cup size. For example, if the difference is 1 inch, your cup size is A; if the difference is 2 inches, your cup size is B, and so forth. Thus, the measure around your bust plus your cup size is your actual bra size. For example, if you measured 34 inches around your bust and your cup size is B, your bra size is 34B. Wearing a well-fitting bra is ideal to overall comfort.
Use accessories to add an extra level of detail to your costume. Choose accessories that you don't mind carrying around and that are relevant to your particular costume. A classic nurse should have accessories like a clipboard, stethoscope or hospital ID badge. Accessories for a sexy nurse might include a thermometer, to signify that the costume is hot. For a scary nurse, add unsettling accessories like rubber gloves, a fake syringe needle or a plastic bone saw.
Now, if you are using the Hot Sexy Lingerie inserts just to add a bit to your breast size, or the way it looks through a certain dress or blouse you will be wearing, then simply put on your bra. Next, slip the inserts in, make sure that this is the way you want them to look and that it's perfect for you. Then, you can just leave them in like that. Or, just to be on the safe side, if your like me and are very insecure and think it's not enough to hold it, then you can take the bra off quickly tape it the same way I explained above, and put the bra back on. It's that simple.MORE:Plus Size Lingerie Sale
